Daft Punk Stole Zack Kim’s “Robot Dance” for “GET LUCKY” see video….

For all you creatives never put unprotected work out there!!!! Only put past finished, published & protected work out there. even though your ideas can be emulated past or present it still helps to have some sort or protection. This can be yet flattering and yes very disappointing!!!!

Heres an example:

Daft Punk jacked the entire song of “GET LUCKY” from Zack Kim a Korean Guitarist who has become known for his mastery of technique called ” Free Hands”

Zack Kim’s “Robot Dance” song published on Youtube: Jan 4th, 2011

Daft Punks “Get Lucky” released April 19, 2013..

Glad it finally came to light. All credit to Zack Kim.

  2. Tom Anderson says:

So it’s true that publishing your work on YouTube is unprotected? Not sure about your reasoning. According to US copyright law, “Copyright protection subsists from the time the work is created in fixed form. The copyright in the work of authorship immediately becomes the property of the author who created the work. ”

Furthermore, “Copyright protection is available for all unpublished works, regardless of the nationality or domicile of the author”.

Now, I know that this information is widely available, so to call you a moron for posting a blatantly incorrect blog post would be a little out of line. But please, in the future, do a little background research, please. http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ01.pdf
